Built for UK Domestic Abuse Charities
Everything your refuge runs on — in one place, with AI you can trust.
Helpath is the complete system a domestic abuse refuge runs on — safe houses, cases, tasks and reporting in one place — with governed AI that saves your team hours and keeps the record accurate: every AI output is cited to its source, confidence-scored, and approved by a worker before it counts.
UK-built · Processed under UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018 · Co-designed with DA frontline workers

Why Helpath Exists
Case workers are drowning in admin — not because they lack dedication, but because their tools weren't built for this work.

Less admin, more support
Helpath's governed AI drafts the repetitive admin — case notes, form pre-filling, summaries and reporting — so your team spends time with survivors, not paperwork.
See the full picture, instantly
Every contact, risk assessment, safety plan and document in one chronological case record — nothing lost between workers, shifts or handovers.
GDPR-ready, safeguarding-first
Designed from the ground up for sensitive data — role-based access, audit logging, encryption and UK data-protection standards are architectural requirements, not add-ons, implemented ahead of any real client data entering the system.

Answers to Your Questions
Find direct answers to common questions about AI automation.
Who is Helpath designed for
Helpath is built specifically for UK domestic abuse charities — case workers, support workers, and care managers who need to manage cases, track risk, and report to funders and oversight bodies.
Is Helpath secure enough for sensitive case data?
Yes. Helpath is designed with GDPR compliance, encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging as core requirements — not optional add-ons. We take data safety as seriously as you do.
Do we need any technical skills to use Helpath?
No. Helpath is designed for busy frontline workers, not IT teams. We handle all setup, and training is included.
What AI features does Helpath include?
None of our AI features are live today. A governed AI case summary — cited to its source, confidence-scored, and approved by a worker before it counts — is specified as an in-house build. A case assistant, risk-and-deadline prompts and translation are on our roadmap, released only after safeguarding and data-protection (DPIA) review. A worker always stays in control.
What do I get by joining the waitlist now?
Founding members receive exclusive pricing when Helpath launches, plus priority access to our onboarding programme. There's no commitment — we'll simply let you know when we're ready.
How is Helpath different from other case management tools?
Most case tools are generic — built for social care broadly, not domestic abuse. Helpath is DA-native, built around DASH and MARAC, and it's the only one putting governed AI — cited, confidence-scored and worker-approved — inside the case record. Governance, access control, encryption and audit visibility are standard.
Your team deserves better tools. Survivors deserve more of your time.
