1. Service Description
Helpath Ltd provides an AI-powered case management platform designed specifically for UK domestic abuse charities to reduce administrative burden and improve survivor outcomes.
2. Founding Member Access
Exclusive Pricing: Users joining the "Early Access" waitlist are eligible for founding member pricing and priority onboarding upon launch.
No Commitment: Joining the waitlist does not constitute a financial commitment or a binding contract for service.
3. Professional Responsibility
AI Tool Usage: While Helpath provides AI-generated risk flagging and summaries, these are intended to support, not replace, professional judgement. Case workers remain in full control and are responsible for final decisions regarding survivor safety.
Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into the platform is accurate and follows their organization's safeguarding frameworks.
4. Account Security
Charities are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their workspace credentials. We handle the technical setup, but users must adhere to role-based access protocols to protect sensitive data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Helpath Ltd is a tool for managing workflows. We are not a direct support service and are not liable for the individual outcomes of domestic abuse cases managed through the platform.
