• Survivor Data: As a case management platform, we process sensitive information uploaded by case workers, including case notes, risk assessments (such as DASH), MARAC-related records and case history.

  
  

  
  

• AI Processing: Our AI features help case workers summarise case records and documents, answer questions about a case, and suggest follow-up tasks after calls. They run on Amazon Bedrock within our AWS environment, and Amazon Bedrock does not use this data to train models.
